Our origins trace back to 2015, when we started as a family office investing proprietary capital in Brazilian tech entrepreneurs.
As the ecosystem flourished and our model evolved, we became something different: the hub for families, business owners, and entrepreneurs who share the same goal — support companies in the journey of creating long-term value for society.
Today, we are backed by 55+ of Brazil's most relevant families. We operate as managed portfolios for each family — no fixed fund lifecycle, no pressure to deploy or exit. Our capital is patient.
We invest approximately $4M–$7M per deal, with a narrow selection of ~2 new investments per year. We love companies with founders who have deep sector knowledge, great execution, sustainable unit economics, and a capital-efficient mindset. We believe the best companies are built in decades.
